Kyra Lisse is a writer and editor from the Philadelphia area. She holds a BA in creative writing and Latin from Franklin & Marshall College and an MFA in creative writing from Hollins University. Kyra serves as program coordinator & conference director at Yetzirah: A Hearth for Jewish Poetry. She writes prose and poetry about Jewish womanhood, the mother–daughter relationship, the body in social spaces, and the (f)act of writing itself.
